I'm Sarah Nezhad, a Broker Associate with RE/MAX Grand in Katy, Texas. For more than 20 years, I've helped families buy and sell homes across the west side of Houston — and I still believe the best real estate advice starts with listening.

I live in Fulshear and work where I live. That means when I tell you about a neighborhood, a school zone, or a street that floods a little too easily after a Houston storm, it's knowledge I use myself. My clients range from first-time buyers and growing families to luxury sellers, relocating professionals, and investors building rental portfolios.
